- In case of manufacturer defects or quality defects: Free return and full refund.
- For returns not due to quality defects: The customer bears the return shipping costs. If the product arrives in perfect, resalable condition upon receipt (no impairment of resaleability), we do not charge the 15 percent wear and tear fee.

Boka 5C collet set
This Boka 5C collet set is the ideal tool for high-precision machine tool applications. Each collet is constructed from high-quality, sectionally heat-treated spring steel, ensuring stable performance and excellent elasticity. With a precise runout accuracy (TIR) of less than 0.015mm at 3x overhang, they are perfect for holding workpieces in lathes or other machine tools. The precise runout accuracy and various hardness levels achieved through heat treatment ensure high resistance to wear and breakage.
