The BS-106G metal band saw impresses with its robust cast iron frame with a steel base ( 254 kg ) and precise cutting performance. It can cut round material up to Ø220 mm and rectangular material up to 250×155 mm at 90° , 45° , and 60° angles. A 1.1 kW/1.5 HP motor, two band speeds ( 40/80 m/min ), hydraulic lowering, play-free tapered roller bearings, and a European clamping system with dovetail guides guarantee precise, secure cuts. Electromechanical band tensioning and worm gear are also included.
